Design Architect Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Design Architect with 2–3 years of experience in architecture and interior design to join our studio. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating thoughtful, contextual, and contemporary spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Concept development and design for high-end residential, commercial, and interior projects.

• Preparing detailed drawings, 3D models, and client presentations.

• Creatings working drawings, GFCs, and BOQs in coordination with junior designers.

• Conducting site visits and liaising with contractors and vendors.

• Working closely with clients and the internal team to ensure design integrity and execution.

Requirements:

• B.Arch degree from a recognized university.

• 2–3 years of professional experience in an architectural/interior design firm.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.

• Strong design sensibility and a good eye for detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced studio with a collaborative mindset.
