Software Architecture & Development:
Lead the design and development of a high-performance FX Exchange application using Java as the primary language, with some background in C++.
Drive the technical vision and ensure robust, scalable, and secure implementation of FX trading solutions across FX Spot and FX Swaps products.
Architect solutions that meet key operational, risk, and regulatory requirements.
Optimize Java applications and tune operating systems to achieve peak performance in high-frequency trading environments.
Process Optimization & Quality Assurance:
Implement efficient software development processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality, maintainable services.
Establish and implement standard practices for code quality, automated testing, and continuous integration/deployment.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Lead and mentor Agile development teams, guiding them through technical challenges and encouraging a collaborative, high-performance environment.
Work closely with multi-functional teams, including Architecture, Product, and Sales, to align technical solutions with business objectives and customer needs.
Serve as the technical lead and domain expert in FX trading systems, providing strategic insights and direction across the organization.
Innovation & Impact:
Orchestrate the development of an FX Exchange application that is both innovative and best-in-class, directly contributing to growth opportunities.
Ensure that all solutions are aligned with the overall technical strategy and deliver measurable impact through improved system performance and user satisfaction.
