Job Requirements
The engineer will be expected to possess the following skills:
• Design assessment with specific knowledge and experience of Aerostructures specific Design Principles and Practices.
• Good understanding of the manufacturing build sequence.
• Thorough understanding of the Design life cycle
• Strong product knowledge on Wings, Fuselage and High lift components
• Experience in mentoring and coaching the engineers.
• Very strong working Knowledge of regulatory requirements
• Competence in composite and metallic design
• Basic understanding of the stress analysis
• Thorough knowledge of different non conformities during the manufacturing
• Drawing reading
• Experience with tracking and reporting tools
The engineer will be expected to perform the following tasks:
• Develop methods and process to perform the design assessment of non-conformities
• Drive technical excellence
• Responsible for quality of the deliverables to customer
• Design validation.
• Technical queries resolution to the team members
• Implementation of modification and changes
• Drive continuous process improvement.
• Develop next level reviewers and technical experts
• Support technical proposal preparations
