What you wlll need:
• 8+ Years of experience at minimum on below technical stack:
• AngularJS, Angular, Java, J2EE technologies, Spring framework, SOAP/REST webservices, SVN, Database , HTML, Servlets, JSP, JDBC, JavaScript,
• IIS and TOMCAT servers.
• OPTIONAL: GIT, CSS, Hibernate, JQuery, AJAX
• Hands-on experience on UI development.
• Good knowledge of Object oriented concepts and SQL Server (required). • Should have understanding of how applications operate and structured/ integrated/deployed.
• Should be good at problem solving and debugging with excellent analytical skills Good team player •
• Self-motivated and self-learner to a large extent
What you will be doing:
1. Participate in key technology migration, understand the big picture and take part in architectural approaches for software design and implementation.
2. Provide high level solution design for website redesign, new features by coordinating with other senior developers and get the designs reviewed and completed together with them.
3. Keep up with new and upcoming technology concepts and frameworks/process and apply them in the product to improve the product architecture in line with our go to cloud strategy.
4. Help establish a standard practice across all the web services offerings to the client by implementing industry best practices and future cloud adoption
5. (Situational) Support the teams to meet their delivery milestones by working within or next to the teams, especially in demanding client-driven deliveries.
6. Provide technical leadership and supports the team with writing quality code, do code reviews for junior members in the team.
7. Identify design issues, improvements and guide the team to adapt the code as per best practices and develop sustainable code.
8. Ensure developed software meets all the requirements of quality, performance, scalability.
+. Contribute towards creating and imparting high quality training (and material) to train new joiners in the team.
10. Work in sprints – take part in design, development, unit testing and defect fixing of the product.
