Title: Principal Engineer or Senior Software engineer

• Building large scale seas products experience is a huge plus
• Great at system design, software scaling concepts and coding skills. Should know the right tools to use, and be extremely productive and fast.
• Knows how to think in terms of tradeoffs and risks for each solution
• Has and enforces high standards on how software is written and products are built.
• Innovative mindset who can think in terms of the next big thing to build in the problem space
• Knows how to prototype solutions fast to try new concepts and not risk averse.
• Up to date with modern technology trends and role models products in the market on how modern software is built and how products shape up and improve customer experience.
• Java, python and an object oriented programming language knowledge.
• Awareness of AWS cloud native software development is a plus. If not familiar, should be willing to learn fast
• Awareness of cybersecurity domain is a plus, but not required.
