We're seeking a future team member for the role of Principal, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our Oracle ERP CoE team. This role is located in Chennai, TN Hybrid.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
• Lead various platform enhancements projects, work closely with architecture and development teams to deliver solutions for General Ledger (GL), Financial Close and Consolidation Platform (FCCS) and DRM application
• Execute projects and initiatives in full compliance with defined processes and controls
• Provide support for production BAU issues related to GL and FCCS
• Proactively anticipate potential roadblocks and take corrective action to keep the project on track.
• Escalate issues to project management as needed
• Act as an Oracle GL & FCCS knowledge resource for Oracle ERP CoE functional teams and train team members as necessary
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
• Experience implementing Oracle Cloud Financials/EPM Modules in a Functional role
• In depth knowledge of Financial Close and Consolidation Platform along with knowledge in General Ledger
• Experience working on cross-functional team(s) in a collaborative development environment
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
