About the role
As the Principal Human Resources Advisor, you are responsible for supporting the management of corporate-level human resource and workplace health and safety governance and risk management, and the delivery of human resources services process improvement and strategic projects.

The role will require you to:
• Lead and contribute to the delivery of human resources projects and initiatives from concept to finalisation to enhance business outcomes.
• Provide business centred human resource management advice and support services on a wide range of complex human resource and change management matters.
• Support the strategic and operational human resources committees and communities of practice including by contributing to agendas, developing papers, attending and participating in meetings, and recording minutes.
• Coordinate human resources and workplace health and safety corporate risk management processes, including developing and maintaining risk registers, reporting, and monitoring the implementation and effectiveness of controls to minimise risk.
• Explore opportunities to innovate human resources practices and identify areas for improvement based on data analysis.
• Enhance human resources operations and service delivery and participate in the design of new solutions and new ways of working.
• Develop performance indicators and measure the effectiveness of human resources process improvement.
• Prepare reports, plans, submissions, briefing notes, and correspondence.
