Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
Analyze sales reports, project timelines, and customer satisfaction data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase revenue and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Minimum 2-year Diploma in Interior Designing/Architecture from a reputable institution
• Proven experience in site-based design projects, with a strong understanding of construction techniques and materials
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
• Proficiency in Google Sketchup and other design software
