Step Into Your Future
The Principal Lecturer is responsible for facilitating education outcomes and is expected to focus upon leadership and qualitative improvements in educational processes and programs.
Bring your Skills and Passion
Demonstrated high-level experience across one or more of the following sectors; Allied Health and Health Services, Mental Health and Counselling, Community Services and Financial Counselling, Education Support and School-Based Environments, Children’s Services/OSHC
Demonstrated history of leading multi-disciplinary education teams and driving workforce development initiatives aligned with current and emerging industry needs.
Proven experience in developing and implementing industry engagement strategies and build sustainable partnerships across health, community, education, government and related sectors.
Demonstrated ability to lead compliance with the Standards for RTOs (2025), embed robust quality assurance and continuous improvement systems, and manage validation, moderation, and audit‑readiness activities across diverse program areas.
Holds Bachelor of Education (Adult, Vocational and Workplace Learning)
What You Need to Know
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
