Responsibilities
AspenTech is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Project Manager and Business Process Improvement Specialist to join our Marketing Operations team
This role will involve overseeing large-scale & cross-functional marketing initiatives from inception to completion and driving business process improvement initiatives across the marketing department and with our counterparts in other departments
Marketing Project Management:
Project manage large marketing initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
Projects can include large user conferences, product launches, M&A activities and technology implementations
Develop project plans, including defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resources
Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure the seamless execution of projects
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and address issues that arise
Communicate project status and key milestones to stakeholders, including senior management, team members, and clients
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement
Business Process Improvement:
Analyze existing marketing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance productivity and effectiveness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve communication, for example, lead management processes between Marketing and Sales
Utilize data and analytics to measure the impact of process changes and optimize performance, assuring value to the organization
Help train team members on new processes and ensure compliance with updated procedures
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing and business operations

The Role

What You'll Need
