Period of Appointment
Appointment to the role is on a fixed term flexible basis (up to 73.5 hours per fortnight) for 12 months.
Duties
Provide high-level research and analysis of complex infrastructure policy that includes asset management, market capacity and strategic planning issues, including data collection.
Lead the development of strategic infrastructure policy, planning and delivery advice and recommendations, both individually and as part of a team, and with external consultants, where appropriate.
Establish and foster productive relationships within the Agency, with other Government Agencies, and with external stakeholders.
Represent the Agency at a high level, in a variety of forums, as required.
Prepare high level written correspondence, including Ministerial correspondence, Cabinet documentation, Issues Briefs, advice to the Secretary, reports and submissions, as required.
Lead development of projects and business practices that enhance the quality of Infrastructure Tasmania’s outputs.
Contribute to the strategic and business planning activities of Infrastructure Tasmania.
