Job Description

Full job description
Join Axon and be a Force for Good.
At Axon, we're on a mission to Protect Life. We're explorers, pursuing society's most critical safety and justice issues with our ecosystem of devices and cloud software. Like our products, we work better together. We connect with candor and care, seeking out diverse perspectives from our customers, communities and each other.

Life at Axon is fast-paced, challenging and meaningful. Here, you'll take ownership and drive real change. Constantly grow as you work hard for a mission that matters at a company where you matter.

Your Impact
Real-Time Operations (RTO) is a key business line and strategic priority for Axon, focused on transforming public safety with products like Fusus and Axon Respond. Our goal is ambitious: to become the real-time platform for collaboration between communities and law enforcement, connecting first responders and businesses with tools that enhance response, improve safety, and support Axon's mission to Protect Life.

Better information leads to better decisions, and our tools empower responders in critical moments where every second can mean lives. You will be directly contributing to Axon's moonshot goal: to cut gun-related deaths between the police and the public by 50% in 10 years.

As a Product Manager for Real-Time Integrations at Axon, you will play a critical role in empowering first responders by integrating a wide range of third-party products, devices, and sensors into our platform. Your work will drive the delivery of real-time information from sources such as cameras, drones, vehicles, alarm systems, and GPS trackers, enabling first responders and dispatchers to make faster, more informed decisions. You'll also be responsible for enabling Axon's own data and devices, including Fusus cameras, body-worn cameras and vehicle cameras, to appear in 3P partner products, ensuring seamless collaboration between public safety agencies and their communities.

Your expertise will be key to managing the full lifecycle of third-party integrations. From engaging and educating technology providers to overseeing the technical design and implementation of integrations, you'll ensure that our platform delivers the right information to the right users at the right time. You will work cross-functionally with product design, engineering, and operations teams to ensure that the platform remains robust and scalable, capable of evolving to meet customer needs and emerging technologies. Additionally, you'll play a strategic role in deciding when to expand the platform's capabilities or optimize existing features.
