The Vibgyor Group of Schools was established in 2004 and has since grown into a chain of 39 schools across India, offering both national and international curriculums. Role:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to fill the position of Principal at one of our schools.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Operations:
• Develop and manage the school's budget effectively
• Cultivate timely fee collection and monitor receivables
• Optimize costs by monitoring vendors and other payments
Academic Operations:
• Foster optimal utilization of teaching staff by delegating additional responsibilities and providing required workloads
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations as per Board and internal processes
• Cultivate effective communication with Government authorities and Boards
• Implement Curriculum and other activities according to guidelines shared by the VERTEX team
• Coordinate school events efficiently
• Lead Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) and parent engagement activities effectively
• Conduct teacher observations and provide constructive feedback
• Oversee Sports and Performing Arts
Administrative Operations:
• Coordinate and supervise administrative activities
• Ensure proper audits, generate effective feedback, and meet compliance requirements
• Maintain all documents neatly and correctly in respective departments
• Be actively involved in admission and marketing planning
• Participate in planning new projects in discussion with management
• Collaborate with various departments for smooth functioning of school operations
• Offer solutions and suggestions regarding compliance to various authorities
• Notify immediately when evidence of child abuse, neglect, or severe medical conditions is found
Human Resource Operations:
• Maximize adherence to HR Policies
• Recruit efficient resources within the prescribed time frame
• Control attrition by creating a conducive work environment for school staff
• Take teaching and non-teaching staff through induction programs at regular intervals
• Identify talents, groom, and train them to shoulder further responsibilities
• Handle staff grievances and organize staff engagement activities
Admission Management:
• Plan LC analysis, retention of LCs & Student Projection effectively
• Support the RE team to meet admission targets for the academic year
• Percolate USPs associated with the VIBGYOR brand at the parent level during the admission process
Desired Qualification:
• B.Ed. /M.Ed. in any specialization
Experience:
• 10 – 15 years of experience in a similar role
