Job Description
We are seeking a Principal Rehabilitation Consultant who can step into a Management role within 6 months (or sooner) as the team continues to grow.
You will join a national Workplace Rehabilitation team of 50+ consultants in NSW, ACT & VIC providing clinical services & evidence based case management for injured workers so they can get back to living their best lives.
You will perform an array of assessments and interventions across various environments, including family homes, workplaces, medical centres and clinics, and/or ORS offices. You will help to bring best practice health engagements into all facets of our clients’ rehabilitation journeys.
This role will come with a daily billable target of 5.5 hours per day & a very generous bonus structure! Your billable target will decrease as the team grows.
We can also provide the flexibility & training for you choose to diversify your case load conducting therapy for NDIS participants.

Role Requirements:
Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
2+ years experience as a Rehabilitation Consultant
Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC or RCAA
A vehicle and driver's licence
A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to acquire one for client facing roles (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
