Principal Software Engineer
LOCATION: Option of WFH – Remote in India or Hybrid – Delhi NCR, India.
WORK SCHEDULE: 5 days a week (typically Mon thru Fri). India business hours majority of the time and online meetings with counterparts in our US offices in the evenings.
You are expected to be a hands-on technical resource who will be responsible for carrying out End to end software development activities along with other SDLC activities.
This role requires a highly skilled software professional who can work and able to design, develop, deploy and release along with the team, this includes – thinking in object oriented way, applying software engineering best practices and design patterns, identifying best tools and effective way of delivering the solution in an Agile Scrum environment; coordination with quality assurance & product management teams in the US & India.

• Design and develop enterprise level solutions for range of products that also involve providing scalable solutions for complex use cases. Make architecture decisions taking into account business considerations, scalability, technology investment, performance, and security among others factors.
• Ensure applications meet IT standards for quality, reliability, security, performance and architecture
• Setting-up development environment and database validations.
• Able to design and develop customized framework based on product requirements.
• Able to design and develop in C#.
• .NET framework/ MVC/ .NET Core.
• Development of ASP.NET MVC/ .NET Core web-based applications with C#.
• UI & Unit testing of Microsoft .NET applications.
• VM/ Containerized environment (Docker/ other).
• Jenkins build and Parallel execution.
• Octopus for deployments.
• Work closely with architects, software test engineers and product managers to lead teams through task management and by example in all phases of the project life cycle.
• Profile code and database to measure and improve application performance.
• Research new technologies and incorporate them into our applications.
• Write and maintain documentation supporting the code, application, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.
• Proficient at incorporating feedback into their overall process as it pertains to LeadVenture build standards.
• Expected to work effectively as an individual with daily and weekly goals for design tasks in their queue, and as a part of a larger team to assist the team in team goals.
• Learn specifications, internal and external systems, product offerings, and application of LeadVenture standards.
• Ensure that your deliverables are of very high quality and meet deadlines.
• Stay current with new technologies and best practices.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
• Minimum 12 years C# .NET
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering/Science from a recognized University.
• Experienced in software development, software UI & Unit test strategies and identifying the right tools for development, deployment, and
