Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead (Backend & FrontEnd) to join our team and lead the development of our backend systems. The ideal candidate will have a passion for software engineering, a strong technical background, and experience leading a team of developers. Responsibilities: • Lead the development of our backend systems, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and performant. • Work closely with other members of the engineering team, including frontend developers, product managers, and designers, to deliver high-quality products. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and functionality. • Manage and mentor a team of backend developers, providing guidance and support as needed. • Write clean, reusable, and efficient code, and ensure that code is well-documented. • Participate in code reviews and ensure that best practices are being followed. • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in backend development. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in backend/frontend development. • 3+ years of experience in Python. • Experience with database design and management, as well as familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases. • Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation. • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Proven experience leading a team of developers. • If you are passionate about building scalable and reliable backend systems, and have a proven track record of leading development teams, then we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Minimum Education Requirement: • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent field.
