Role Introduction:
We are looking for Principle Engineers to produce scalable software solutions. This role will be part of a cross-functional team that is responsible for the Design and deliver process automation for software product support
What will you Do:
• Design and deliver process automation for software product support.
• Routinely come up with PoCs to evaluate approaches or technology choices to enable or accelerate SLAs.
• Drive support maturity of the products, validate against well architected support framework to enable cost optimisation, performance efficiency, security guardrails.
• Build common reusable components, templates and critical path\complex processes to expediate delivery
• Work with stake holders across the globe
• Mentor,and guide then team on technical aspects on deliverables ensuring no blockers
• Build frameworks that can be adopted by applications for SaaS
• Work with all stakeholders like Architect, Devops teams to ensure all tools are configured (CI/CD/Automation) and technical challenges/dependencies are addressed
• Create security and data protection settings
• Write technical documentation as required
What will you Have:
• Experience in driving automated software support migrating and deploying applications with zero touch
• Good knowledge of support processes and industry trends
• Experience with support tools and explore new tools
• Experience in developing frameworks and reusable components and templates
