Your Impact: We are part of OpenText Cybersecurity Enterprise division specializing in Security Domain. Our product helps security operations teams to efficiently and effectively preempt and respond to threats that matter with proactive threat hunting, real-time threat detection, and response automation using AI/ML. What the role offers: Develops product architectures and methodologies for software applications design and development across multiple platforms and organizations within the Global Business Unit to fulfil product roadmap requirements Identifies and evaluates new technologies, innovations, and outsourced development partner relationships for alignment with technology roadmap and business value. Creates high level, reviews& evaluates designs and project activities for compliance with development guidelines and standards Provides tangible feedback to improve product quality and mitigate failure risk. Troubleshoot production issues within the defined SLAs and respond promptly and professionally to bug reports and customer escalations. Works with Quality Assurance to transfer knowledge and develop the test strategy and validate the test plan Leverages recognized domain expertise, business acumen, and experience to influence decisions of executive business leadership, outsourced development partners, and industry standards groups. Provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members to set an example of software applications design and development innovation and excellence. Writing and advocating excellent industry best practices for coding and testing What you need to succeed: 12+ years of technical experience with complex technology projects within large, distributed organizations on public clouds platforms like Azure (preferred) or AWS. Experience in overall architecture of software applications (multi-platform) for products and solutions. Expert in frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js, Angular, or Vue.js) and advanced state management (Redux, Context API). Extensive backend experience with Node.js, Python, Java (Spring Boot), and building robust, scalable RESTful APIs. In-depth knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra), with expertise in database optimization and complex queries. Advanced experience in version control (Git), CI/CD automation, and leading DevOps practices using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI. Proficient in cloud infrastructure and services (AWS, GCP, Azure), with experience in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Work experience with global stakeholders and customer interactions Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at business unit and executive levels.
