Principal Software Engineer (C/C++, Multi-threading)
We're looking for an Principal Software Engineer candidate with experience in C/C++, Multi-threading, to join our team in Bangalore, India-Hybrid.
You will report to the Senior Manager
You will work with R&D Team which has global exposure

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do
Design, implement, and increase multi-threaded software applications using C/C++.• Analyse and solve complex concurrency and synchronisation issues.• Develop efficient, scalable solutions while ensuring code quality and reliability.• Collaborate with software architects and other engineers to define system architecture.• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members.• Maintain comprehensive documentation for the solutions developed.
What We'd Like to See
Must-have skills:• 8+ years of professional experience developing software in C/C++.• Hands-on experience with multi-threading and concurrency.• Understanding of synchronisation mechanisms, inter-Experience troubleshooting issues with users, and memory management.• Experience optimising software for performance and stability.• Debugging and, especially in multi-threaded environments.• Knowledge of best practices in software development and version control systems.
Role Essentials
Familiarity or experience working with networking protocols.• Understanding of low-level network programming.• Experience with performance profiling tools and methodologies.
BA/BS or equivalent educational background, we will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience
