VLAN, STP, xSTP, MSTP, RSTP, LAG, LACP, LLDP, ERPS, ECFM, BFD, OSPF, IGMP, IGS, PIM, OSPF, RIP, BGP, MPLS, VPLS, VPWS, GPON, DSLAM, xDSL
• Must be able to independently handle problems in complex systems
• Should be able to deliver solutions within agreed timeliness with best quality
• Must be able to provide status reports to managers and customer adequately
• Must have good communication skills and be able to articulate in customer meetings
• Should have good Datacom domain knowledge
