I am supporting a fantastic multi-award winning tech4good company that harnesses technology to help public sector organisations such as the Ministry of Justice, NHS and Housing Association. They help them as they go through digital transformation and modernisation of critical applications.
As a Principal Software Engineer, you will get the chance to be part of a variety of projects so things will always stay interesting. You will be leading a team of 6, helping upskill and promote TDD and a DevOps first culture.
What skills they are after:
???? Solid experience with Java, Python, Ruby, .Net or JS/TS

???????? Mentorship/Leadership experience
