What You’ll Do
As the Principal Software Engineer - Technical Lead, you will guide our talented engineering team, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role involves both hands-on development and strategic leadership. You’ll be working closely with C#, .NET, and SQL, and will oversee application architecture, technical leadership, and compliance with security protocols, including HIPAA. You need to be based outside the US.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the engineering team, driving excellence in project delivery.
Oversee all phases of software development, including design, testing, and maintenance.
Act as a technical advisor, resolving complex issues and optimizing codebases.
Promote clear, transparent communication within the team and across departments.
Ensure the team follows Agile frameworks (Scrum) to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical plans.
What You Bring
10+ years in software development, with at least 4 years in a technical leadership role.
Expertise in C#, .NET Core, SQL, and Web Services with knowledge of Angular being a must.
Deep understanding of security protocols (HIPAA, NIST, GDPR) and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to modernize legacy systems.
Experience in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
+2 years Proven leadership in a remote work environment with a multicultural team required.
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM EST.
