Job Title – Principal - Software Engineering
The Purpose of Your Role
A talented individual to lead in our effort in engineering, managing, developing enterprise-based applications. This individual is expected to work directly with Product Owners, architects and senior engineers across our team, as well as other technical and business stakeholders across the organization in a fast-paced agile environment. The role involves continuous collaboration with partners, iterative understanding of requirements, following Fidelity best practices / methodologies, thorough understanding of the technology roadmap, advancement to design / development process, lead from front the development of a suite of application using varied technology stack and low code platform.

You have excellent programming skills with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL and familiar working with Python, scripting etc.
You have passion for cloud technology and the financial domain with demonstrated ability to learn quickly.

You have Experience working with distributed teams in different time-zones.
You have Strong commitment to quality and engineering excellence.
You have Experience in reverse engineering and understanding existing applications.
You can independently resolve technical challenges, identify options and come up with innovative solutions.
You can analyze, design, estimate and develop database components.
You demonstrate leadership qualities and own the outcome with a passion for delivering strong results.
Technical / Behavioral
Programming skills with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL and familiar working with Python, scripting etc.
Experience in the Microsoft Power Platform – Microsoft Powerapps, Dataverse, PowerBI will be an added advantage.
Experience with Azure cloud platform is desirable.
Experience in the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of enterprise scale apps.
Build software solutions to support Software Engineering’s needs. If you have a passion for working with data using multiple new technologies on the cloud
ETL tool expertise - Informatica Power Center +.x, 10.x
Experience in working with Control M
You are experienced with Unix and Shell scripting.
You know Agile methodologies or iterative development processes.
The Skills that are Good to Have for this role
If you have experience on Jenkins, Concourse, Stash, CI/CD, and transaction management that would be an added advantage
Experience with Snowflake will be an added advantage
