About the Opportunity

Based in Perth, Western Australia, as a Principal Structural Engineer, you can demonstrate your leadership skills, as you guide your team of Engineers and Drafters to solve complex problems and deliver results on a diverse range of projects for our major national and international oil and gas clients.

This role is ideal for a Lead/Principal level Structural Engineer currently based internationally who is considering a relocation to Perth, Western Australia to work on technically complex, high‑profile offshore projects while maintaining a strong work‑life balance and lifestyle offering.

You will impart your expertise to a mix of brownfield and greenfield projects in the areas of offshore and onshore infrastructure, floating/ fixed facility design and modifications, specialised equipment design and field developments.

About You

· B. Eng in a relevant discipline.

· Structural Engineering project experience from conceptual design through to installation.

· You enjoy leading teams of Engineers and Drafters and watching them achieve remarkable things.

· Extensive experience in detailed structural design on brownfield oil and gas projects, including producing calculations and reports.

· Proven offshore site and practical experience across oil and gas facilities, with the ability to translate structural designs into safe, constructible solutions during fabrication, load‑out, installation and execution.

· Some experience in areas other than structural such as mechanical, piping, geotechnical, installation or subsea is preferrable, but not essential.

· Being well versed with current offshore codes and specifications, including DNV, API, ISO and AISC.

· Proficient with SPACE GASS, SACS, Strand 7 or equivalent structural engineering software.
