THE ROLE
The Lead Consultant is responsible for leading and ensuring successful implementation of their functional area of expertise. The Consultant plays the role of interface between the project team and the client and ensures that all actions are taken to fully satisfy the client’s functional needs in their business/functional domain. The Consultant is also responsible for providing guidance and coaching to less experienced consultants.

• A lead to coordinate with the TEMENOS maintenance groups to ensure product issues are identified and resolved.

• A mentor to train and upskill the junior consultants within the CCSI team.
• A supervisor, when needed, over specific functional parts of the implementation plan
SKILLS
• Employees with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Islamic banking implementation in Temenos and an overall experience of 7 years in such similar banking software implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of Islamic Banking and AA conventional products and processes.
• Ability to lead the discussions with the client and challenge wherever deemed fit.
• Good communication skills
• Should be flexible to travel.
