Technical Expertise Required
We need a "Full-Stack" veteran comfortable with both legacy reliability and modern efficiency:

• Web Stack: Strong hands-on experience with ASP.NET Web Forms (legacy support) and MVC/Blazor (modernisation).
• Databases: Deep expertise in SQL Server (Database design, optimization, and complex queries).
Industrial Domain Knowledge (Highly Valued)
Experience in these niche areas will set you apart:
• Exposure to C/C++ and industrial communication protocols ( OPC, MODBUS, DCS ).
• Understanding of Plant Management Software or integration with industrial hardware/control systems.
