Role: Principal Web Engineer (Angular)

Must Have:

· Angular 16+ versions

· Strong hands on experience and leading experience at the same time.

· Strong consulting and client facing experience

What You Bring To the Table

· 12+ Years of application development and platform modernization experience, including web applications development using Angular, JavaScript, Typescript, React.js, Redux, HTML, CSS, SASS, REST, Node.js, Java, Git, CI/CD practices and Testing (including complex unit tests and integration tests)

· 10+ Years of consulting experience working with enterprise clients in their digital transformation journeys

· Nice to have - 2+ Years of experience managing a consulting practice

· 8+ years of experience leading teams

· Experience with building reusable component libraries for large enterprises

· Experience migrating or transforming legacy applications to the modern Web applications.

· Solid understanding of browser performance, GraphQL, server-side rendering

· Experience with Containerization and orchestration (docker, kubernetes)

· Experience in defining business needs, guiding customers with their journey to the outcome of solution strategy aligned to their business outcomes.

· Leading in Discovery exercises virtually or at customer sites, leading solution architecture discussions

· Expert in creating detailed solution descriptions and architecture diagrams for presentations, proposals, and implementation plans

· Presentation and white-boarding skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with internal and external executives, IT management, and technical teams

· Provide thought leadership in terms of better/futuristic architecture, master data management, machine learning, etc.

· Experience in providing strategic thinking, solutions and roadmaps while driving architectural recommendations.

· Adopt and communicate new concepts, ideas, techniques, best practices and technology assistance.

· Computer Science or Engineering degree.

· Drive and design solutions and offerings based on understanding clients’ business challenges, industry trends and what they need to achieve. Be able to articulate requirements for resources needed; assist with initial project mobilization and project delivery and fulfillment.

· Build, lead and mentor consultants at all levels in their careers to create a strong community of Solution Architects.

· Take initiative to explore, evangelize, and represent at events, conferences and speaking engagements that help increase our brand recognition and improve our Solution Architects' knowledge and aid our customers.

· Collaborate with senior leadership and Practice Area Heads in defining long-term organizational strategies, processes and roadmaps.

· Shift Timing: 8-5 general shift

· Interview Rounds Virtual (4 Rounds): 2 Internal + 2 Clients

· Mandatory BGV Check after offer (Process/Timeline) - 3 Weeks - strict, criminal history.

· Mode of Work: Hybrid 3 days
