PragerU is looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our high-impact creative team. We are looking for one or more designers who will report to the VP of Visual Brand, and work exclusively on design needs for the PragerU Events and Development teams. Ideal candidates will be very familiar with print work, including invitations, mailers, multi-page editorial design, as well as having experience with email and web design. Experience designing for fundraising and events is preferred. Experience coordinating with audio-visual teams at venues is preferred. Duties and Responsibilities:
• Create conceptual and publish-ready designs for email, web, app, ads, and social media
• Support editorial and print design projects - packaging, mailers, event, and multi-page projects.
• Bring experience designing for email, with knowledge of best practices
• Bring experience designing for websites, from UI components & art placements to full page builds
• Bring experience creating artwork using popular AI tools, including Midjourney, ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, Claude, Firefly, RunwayML, etc.
• Work quickly and efficiently both independently and within a collaborative team
• Develop user-friendly templates and collaborate with non-design staff on new formats
• Take in feedback thoughtfully and adapt designs to improve performance and impact
• Maintain and evolve visual consistency across all PragerU digital touchpoints in alignment with brand guidelines
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to support event promotion and on-the-fly event needs
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
• Prepare and deliver organized files, specs, and assets for internal and external teams
• Optimize designs for performance across platforms (email open rates, click-throughs, engagement, etc.)
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative solutions that meet strategic objectives
• Provide cost-efficient options for invitations and other print materials
• Coordinate with venue AV teams to ensure excellent run of show
• Work at a fast pace and be able to work well individually and as part of a team.

Successful Candidates Will Possess:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects, Premiere Pro) as well as Figma and Canva — required
• Experience designing templates for Figma and Canva — preferred
• Experience with Iterable, Mailchimp, or similar email marketing platforms — preferred
• Experience with Webflow, Contentful, Shopify and other website platforms — preferred
• Experience with Html, CSS, Javascript, python, or other coding languages is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of AI models is a plus
• Experience with portrait, editorial, production, and conceptual photography — preferred
• Solid understanding of design principles including layout, typography, color theory, and responsive design
• Ability to comprehend and uphold brand style guidelines with consistency and creativity
• Proven ability to create cohesive, campaign-level designs across digital platforms (email, web, mobile, print)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills — able to present ideas clearly and collaborate across teams
• Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• High attention to detail with strong commitment to quality control and design accuracy
• Familiarity with preparing assets for both digital and print formats
• Past experience in Fundraising and Events environments is a plus
• Open to travelling for day-of Event needs, when necessary

Salary Range: The salary target for this role is $65,000 - $80,000+. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and most recent market data. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, in addition to our robust benefits package.
