We are seeking an ERP software specialist with expertise in Print IQ backend operations to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and optimizing ERP software systems, with a focus on utilizing Print IQ for backend processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation and launch of ERP software systems, configuring and customizing Print IQ modules to meet organizational needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
• Configure Print IQ modules, including data migration and integration with other systems.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and functionality of the ERP system.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Print IQ features and functionalities.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations and enhancements.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in implementing ERP software systems, with Print IQ backend experience preferred.
• Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Print IQ configuration and customization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
