Job Description
1. Identifying & troubleshooting printer hardware related issues. 2.Can open full printer, diagnose problem, replace major parts (Fuser assembly, pickup roller, paper sensor). 3. Attend customer call within the agreed service level agreement. 4.Servicing, Maintenance, Error Coding Fault finding, Troubleshooting, testing ,etc. of all types of printer Deskjet Printers, Dot Matrix passbook , Laser jets, Scanners, Network Printers, line Matrix Printers, Passbooks Printers, Plotters. 5 Handling software issues associated with all types of printer. 6. Replacement and configuration of equipment. This is a Field Job. Candidate need to visit different clients within Delhi NCR
