Job Description
We are a growing printing and signage company specializing in custom prints, vehicle wraps, banners, decals, wall graphics, and branding solutions. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Printing & Graphics Production Associate to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and working in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
Operate and assist with printing, laminating, cutting, and finishing equipment
Prepare files and materials for print production
Assist with vinyl cutting, weeding, mounting, and trimming
Help with packaging and order fulfillment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
Perform basic quality checks on printed materials
Assist with installations (vehicle graphics, signs, wall graphics) when required
Communicate with team members to meet production deadlines
Requirements
Previous experience in printing, signage, or graphics is an asset (training provided)
Basic knowledge of vinyl, banners, posters, and decals preferred
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Strong attention to detail
Punctual, dependable, and willing to learn
Comfortable standing for extended periods.
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience with large-format printers
Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop
Vehicle wrap or signage installation experience.
