Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Konica Minolta Printing & Imaging Engineer to be located in Nairobi County, Kenya.
Skills required
Trouble shooting of both Production and Office category of Konica Minolta Brand of Printers, Print Management Software
Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience
10-12 years of Industry experience, with at least 3-4 yrs minimum experience on Production Printers
Education
BE Electronics, or Diploma in Electrical of Electronics Engineering
List professional Certifications required
A must Konica Minolta training certificates on Production class.
Job Expectations :
1. Installation and Setup
- Install and configure Konica Minolta digital production and office printers at customer sites.
- Ensure all equipment is set up according to manufacturer specifications and customer requirements.
- Perform initial testing to ensure optimal performance and quality.
2. Maintenance and Repair:
- Conduct regular preventative maintenance on digital production and office printers to ensure longevity and optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues with digital production and office printers.
- Replace faulty components and update firmware and software as needed.
3. Technical Support:
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues and providing solutions in a timely manner.
- Educate customers on proper usage and maintenance of equipment to minimize downtime and operational disruptions
