The role also involves collaborating with healthcare professionals to resolve any issues related to prior authorizations.
Qualifications
• Experience with prior authorization processes and familiarity with healthcare insurance plans
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Proficiency in using healthcare-specific software and databases
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the healthcare field is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant education or certification is a plus
