Job Description
We are seeking a highly adaptable individual to assist the owners in managing their global private assets, combining responsibilities in property management, investment monitoring, and administrative coordination. This is a unique role that bridges operational and analytical work, to ensure the owners’ assets are efficiently managed, well maintained, and strategically positioned for long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
Property & Physical Assets
· Analyze portfolio of private residences and other tangible assets to identify optimal use strategies (e.g., leasing, disposition, renovation, or retention).
· Provide financial modeling and market analysis to evaluate ROI, cash flow, and long-term appreciation potential of physical assets.
· Advise on risk management, insurance coverage, and tax implications related to property holdings.
· Support negotiations with brokers, tenants, and service providers to maximize value and ensure compliance.
Investments & Financial Support
Research and monitor global markets, funds, and new investment opportunities.
Prepare financial summaries, simple models, and performance tracking reports.
Monitor portfolio cash flow and risks, and consolidate recommendations from external advisors.
Support the owners in evaluating acquisition, disposition, and allocation decisions.
Coordination & Administration
Maintain organized records of contracts, expenses, reports, and compliance documents.
Consolidate updates from domestic and international colleagues; ensure smooth cross-border communication.
Prepare regular dashboards and presentations for the owners.
Provide support for ad hoc requests related to asset management and personal affairs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (new graduates are welcome).
Strong Excel/Sheets skills, including modeling, cash flow analysis, and scenario planning.
Basic understanding of financial statements and investment metrics (ROI, IRR, NPV, risk/return).
Proficiency with PowerPoint/Slides to prepare clear and structured reports.
Good communication and organizational skills; ability to coordinate across teams and time zones.
High integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential matters.
Preferred Skills
Exposure to property management, investment research, or financial analysis in past experience.
Familiarity with SQL or Python for data analysis and automation.
Awareness of databases such as Bloomberg, FactSet, or Wind is an asset.
Interest in professional certifications (e.g., CFA Level I) is a plus.
