Role overview
The International Private Bank (IPB) Creative & Production Project Manager is a critical member of the IPB Marketing team, playing a key part in delivery of strategic, tactical and business-as-usual programs to support regional and local marketing objectives. Working closely with IPB Marketing strategists and centers of excellence, you will play a pivotal role in managing the execution of our campaigns, including localization/translation into our clients' language as well as creative execution.
The successful candidate will engage with multiple stakeholders across the IPB region (i.e. EMEA, Asia and Latin America) as well as with global centers of excellence as required; working collaboratively with the local marketing teams, business stakeholders, central specialist groups and external vendors to enable the successful delivery of campaigns and activities, whilst providing a centre of excellence service to Marketing stakeholders and the broader business.
You will possess a good understanding and keen interest across the Marketing spectrum alongside strong project management, delivery and campaign / stakeholder management experience. The candidate will ideally have experience working with creative and specialist teams, including translation/localization vendors, to manage projects efficiently.
Responsibilities
Manage each step of the translation and creative production process: initiating, executing, and closing projects:
Manage the scope of work, objectives, quality of deliverables, and other project management activities
Take ownership of small/mid size projects and effectively work as part of a bigger team on larger ones
Communicate effectively and proactively with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign briefs and objectives are clear and data-driven
Coordinate with external/internal resources (including translators, creative agencies, digital team, social media, print suppliers, etc.) to execute campaigns deliverables and guarantee on-time, high-quality delivery
Gather information to forecast upcoming work for production teams
Develop a framework and automated workflow to track project and translation activities and facilitate reporting:
Track and measure project and translation activities (e.g. number and types of requests, languages, volumes, etc.) and manage project status and communications
Identify automation/technology solution to build a workflow solution to better track production activities and translation requests
Identify AI (artificial intelligence) and technology solutions to improve translation processes, accuracy and cost-efficiencies
Provide reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Develop and implement continuous improvement processes for assigned projects.
Essential Skills/Experience
Marketing project management experience
Project management: in-role or formal qualifications demonstrating ability to manage multiple projects with concurrent deliverables;
Stakeholder management: must be able to collaborate, influence and manage partners and stakeholders.
Process management: a clear understanding of the importance of process, with a commitment to follow necessary regulatory obligations and internal procedures
Experience managing translation or multi-lingual projects
Experience implementing AI solutions into translation and creative processes would be ideal
Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities/workflows
Proven ability to quickly learn the business, the application and adapt to ever changing priorities
Self-motivated, team player with strong work ethic
Ability to build relationships across global teams
Qualifications
Relevant industry experience and knowledge of Marketing process, Master's Degree (or equivalent): Ideally marketing or brand related marketing degree required
Fluency in European or Asian languages is a plus
Project Management Background, Product Owner Certifications and AGILE Certifications are preferable
Experience using computer languages (Python, Pyspark, Google Analytics, etc.), machine learning libraries in Python (Sci-kit learn, tensorflow, etc.)
Experience in implementing AI solutions, marketing production support workflows/applications a plus
