As a Private bank Life Insurance and Annuity Specialist you you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm. The Private Bank Life Insurance and Annuity Specialist (Associate) will support the Private Bank Life Insurance and Annuity Product Owner, Business Development, and sales teams across the products for the Private Bank.
Job Responsibilities
Support all aspects of the Life Insurance and Annuity Business in the Private Bank
Work with Life Insurance and Annuity team to understand business needs, define short term and long term needs
Support implementation of operating model and process/system evolution across both products for the Private Bank - documenting processes, creating training / support materials
Facilitate change-management and syndication discussions with key stakeholders from each product
Create materials for discussions needed
Develop, establish, and maintain best practices across functional groups and product groups
Partner with Legal, Risk, Compliance & Supervision and governance to ensure policy and procedures are consistently up-to-date
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
CA/MBA with 4+ years of experience
Prior experience required in project/product management in financial services
Strong experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel & PowerPoint (VBA and Tableau a plus)
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives to completion under concurrent, rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Strong ability communicating with internal and external stakeholders and senior management
Excellent communication skills and poise giving presentations, especially to senior management
Demonstrated aptitude for sales and client relationship management
The ability to be a dynamic member of a team
