Require 20 Team Leaders in a Bank , Insurance company NBFC
Work Location: Navi Mumbai, Thane, Mumbai, Hyderabad
Process
• Phone Banking: Manage a team of Inbound Customer Service Cross Selling Associates (20)
• SAT: Manage a team of Service Assurance Associates (no upselling or cross selling required)
Required Skills
Any Graduate or Any Post Graduate with total of at least 4 to 5 yrs exp in BPO/Banking/NBFC/Insurance Voice Support industry may apply
Minimum 2 to 3 yrs experienceas a Team Leader on papers is a must
Should be willing to work in day rotational shifts manage a team of at least 15 to 20 callers
