Job Description
As a Private Banking Advisor at Deutsche Bank in Mumbai, India, your primary objective is to enhance the value of savings account portfolios through cross-selling, leading to increased fee income and acquisition of new clientele.
Key Responsibilities
Acquisition:
Assist Head RM in executing successful micro-events for client acquisition.
Acquire new accounts from group companies or family members of existing customers.
Acquire new accounts through referrals from existing customers.
Relationship Building / Deepening / Cross Sell:
Ensure consistent growth of the Savings portfolio.
Work closely with the Head RM to establish synergies for maximum penetration of Investment & Insurance sales to new customers.
Build a robust momentum with regard to third-party distribution (insurance, auto loans, and mortgages) and fee income.
Closely monitor average revenue per customer.
Retention:
Provide top-class service delivery to clients.
Maintain high net worth accounts to ensure customers continue regular usage and grow balances.
Reactivate dormant accounts and assist in resolving service hurdles to create a delightful experience for customers.
Requirements
6-12 years of experience in servicing or sourcing clients with relationships exceeding ₹20 lacs.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Minimum qualification: Graduation.
