Key Recruitment Role
InCred Wealth is a dynamic and rapidly expanding wealth & investment management company, aiming to be a leading wealth platform for HNIs & UHNIs with innovation and technology at its core.
We are part of the InCred Group, which operates diverse businesses across Retail lending, Wealth Management, Asset Management, Investment Banking, and Institutional Equities Research & Broking and Wholesale Debt Market.
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire Recruitment Lifecycle in Private Banking from sourcing to on-boarding within tight timelines.
Key responsibilities include:
• Working optimally with various sourcing channels: Job-boards, consultants etc. for closure of all open positions
• Assisting the Business HR partner in HR related activities
• Collaborating closely with hiring managers and respective stakeholders to close open positions at the earliest
• Following up with candidates regarding offers, joining dates and other matters
Ideal candidate:
Recruiters who can source and recruit candidates using various job portals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
Previous experience in the Private Banking sector is an added advantage
