As the Private Client Manager, you'll be the maestro behind our Prestige products and Rarities, conducting a symphony of excellent service. It is not just a role; it's an opportunity to shape and elevate our business. Reporting to the Private Client Director, you'll be at the forefront, actively planning and implementing commercial strategies to not only grow existing relationships but also seize new opportunities. Your mission is to be the referent for exceptional clients, selling them a selection of high-end offers, crafting strategies to engage them by cultivating crucial connections and delivering personalized services and crafting unforgettable experiences.

Job responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

Sales & Business Development
• In collaboration with the Private Client Director, you will plan and implement commercial strategies to increase existing business and gain new opportunities by targeting (U)HNWI through cultivating key relationships and extending personalized services and experiences.

Sales management
• You will lead all aspects of commercial relationships throughout the entire process, from prospecting to invoicing, sales, delivery, and after-sales follow-up

CRM
• You will provide timely and accurate information to update MH CRM database and follow compliance guidelines on protecting clients’ data and ensure all clients sign PDPA with Moet Hennessy

Brand Experiences and Activations
• You will collaborate with the Private Client Director and team to create and implement tailored client experiences, drive sales through targeted campaigns, and establish valuable partnerships with aligned luxury brands.

Profile

Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree: Preferred or equivalent years of industry experience

Professional Experience:

Experience:
• 7+ years of luxury sales experience, combining marketing and brand management.
• Existing network or relationships within the U.S. (U)HNWI consumer market

Practical/Technical Knowledge:
• Confirmed experience in a similar role, leading Direct-to-Consumer Sales with ultra-high network clientele.
• Your own network/ book of business
• Great social and networking skills deeply rooted in the local community.
• Demonstrated the skills and demeanor for selling luxury products.
• Sharp eye for business and practical skills to initiate and close deals through robust relationships.
• A client-focused approach and are adept at finding opportunities and providing valuable solutions.
• Proven the ability to be quick in spotting, analyzing, and solving problems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong listening skills and are a collaborative teammate, seamlessly working with different teams.A strong emphasis on compliance, integrity, and social sustainability.
