Position: Private & Commercial Driver
Salary:
Semi-Luxury Segment: Minimum ₹17,000 per month
Luxury Segment: Minimum ₹1+,000 per month
Additional: Travel Allowance (TA) and Daily Allowance (DA) for outstation trips will be provided separately
Location: Khan Market, Delhi
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
Driving and Transportation:
Safely operate vehicles for both private and commercial purposes, ensuring timely and efficient transportation.
Transport clients or passengers to various destinations as requested, maintaining a high standard of service.
Vehicle Maintenance:
Regularly inspect and maintain the vehicle, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and cleanliness.
Report any issues or required repairs to the management promptly.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service to all passengers, addressing their needs and preferences professionally.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information or situations.
Route Planning and Navigation:
Plan and follow the most efficient routes, avoiding delays and traffic congestion whenever possible.
Utilize navigation tools and technology to enhance route planning.
Compliance and Safety:
Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers, taking proactive measures to prevent accidents or mishaps.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any other relevant details.
Submit reports and documentation as required by management.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Proven minimum 5 years of experience as a driver with a clean driving record.
Experience in driving semi-luxury or luxury vehicles is preferred but not mandatory.
Licenses and Certifications:
Valid driving license appropriate for the vehicle type.
Any additional certifications related to vehicle operation or safety are a plus.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and route planning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and calm.
Personal Attributes:
Punctual and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
High level of discretion and integrity.
