Private Funds Associate - 3 – 5 PQE (Elite US Law firm)
We are working with a leading US law firm on a position within their highly regarded Private Funds team in London.
This leading team is recognised across Chambers and have advised multi-billion funds to emerging clients. You will work with a broad range of fund-sponsor clients on matters ranging from buyout funds, growth equity funds, middle market funds, infrastructure funds, real estate funds, debt funds, funds-of-funds, secondary funds, special situations funds and hedge funds.

They boast a large and highly reputable London presence, with formidable Corporate, Banking, Funds, Private Equity and Capital Markets teams. Requirements
You are a qualified solicitor with 3-5 years post-qualified experience working on Private Funds matters within a leading international practice.
Salary - £200-260k depending on level and experience, as well as a competitive bonus.
