We Are Hiring: School Principal (Ontario Private School)
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated School Principal to join our team.
Requirements:
5–8 years of experience as a Principal or Vice Principal
Strong knowledge of the Ontario curriculum and Ministry requirements
Experience with at least 2 successful Ministry inspections (BSID/inspection)
Proven leadership and school management skills
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to remain calm under pressure
Strong communication and team management abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily school operations and ensure compliance with Ontario Ministry standards
Lead academic programs, staff performance, and student success initiatives
Prepare for and manage Ministry inspections and audits
Support student recruitment and school development strategies
Foster a positive and professional learning environment
