About the Role:
The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a motivated and detail-driven individual to join our Finance Division as a Private Practice Billing Officer.
In this dynamic role, you will be essential in ensuring smooth, accurate, and efficient billing processes for our private patient services. Every day brings variety as you:
process private patient accounts and support timely revenue collection
liaise with private health insurance providers and patients to resolve billing enquiries
maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and financial information
prepare reports and reconciliations related to private patient billing
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will thrive on accuracy, enjoy working with people, and bring strong communication and organisational skills to everything you do. Experience in medical billing, accounting, or a relevant field would be advantageous.
