Private Property Lawyer – 12 month contract Our client, a notable international law firm, is looking to hire into their top tier Private Property team in London at the NQ-2 PQE level, for a contract of 12 months. The role is to start in December and is open to September 2026 qualifiers. Successful candidates will likely be qualified (or due to qualify) in England and Wales and have gained their experience in a top tier private property team in the City advising high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, banks and private investment companies on their property transactions, investments and securities. Responsibilities will include: Providing legal advice to clients in a succinct manner Manage a substantial and varied workload Accurate and logical drafting, making appropriate use of precedents Support Partners in client marketing and business development activities It is likely that successful individuals will be able to demonstrate: Excellent time management skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong organisational skills and the capacity to handle significant matters simultaneously The ability to build strong working relationships across all levels The firm operates a hybrid working policy. It is likely that successful candidates will be anticipated to spend 2-3 days per week in the London office. Whilst the role is to start in December, the team are keen to review CVs ASAP.
