We are seeking compassionate and experienced nurses to join our hospice team. Coverage includes HOuston and surrounding cities with flexible schedule
Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments
• Provide patient and family education
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Requirements:
• Active Texas RN license
• Minimum 2 year nursing experience (home health or hospice preferred)
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Reliable transportation
Pay: $75.00 - $200.00 per hour
