As per Plastic Waste Rules 2026 - every plastic producer is required to retrieve the plastic packaging post consumption from the consumers ( please check out the rules here : ). Pro India is in the business of helping plastic producers achieve compliance through its network operations. Plastic Waste Rules have come since 2016 and many top respected brands ( especially multinationals ) have been undertaking it. However, only 1% of FMCG players, E-commerce Cos, and Autos have started complying. This leaves >8 million tons of plastics still strewn across lands, going into water bodies.
This presents a great opportunity to clean the nation but from the funds of the plastics producers as they start this pollution. Pro India has been serving a small set of MNC brands but that's not enough. We need to get to 30,000 plus regional and local brands to undertake their compliance. And thus we need You to go and meet them
Pro India would Train you to become an Entrepreneur & help you in your journey. Post the EIR period & basis on your interest & skills - you could be absorbed as Regional Director and also a part owner of Pro India ( though ESOPs)
Your role as Region Director would be to undertake Business Development with such regional/local brands, and companies that use plastic to pack their goods. To convince them to comply with the law and become a good corporate citizen. And get the Purchase Order for Pro India so that we can execute the retrieval of such plastic waste on behalf of the brands.
The work is totally remote and thus you need not come to any office in any metro or town. We shall train you on the rules, demonstrate how the Pro India business is done, provide all resources like presentation material and even help set up your meeting with some brands. You need to make appointments, meet and pursue the brands to comply using carrots or sticks :)
During the EIR period - there would be a very small Rs 5-10 K PM retainer-ship ( from the second month ) - however, we shall take fees of 10K+Taxes that can be returned if you are not satisfied with the 3 M Training. However, the incentive for each PO could be upfront 3-5% of the PO value itself. Average small companies have to retrieve 100 MT @ about Rs5000 per MT (the price of Pro India retrieval ), Thus for just one PO from a small brand with 100MT = 5 Lac, Your upfront incentive would be 15-25 K
You would be exposed to high profile Corporate meetings where you are required to lead the meetings and sell your solutions to help the Corporate accomplish EPR - Presentation - Communication skills would be of benefit to an outward person who has perseverance and resilience to keep a positive outlook in a constantly emerging & challenging scenario.
