Job Description
Create accurate, engaging and concise procedures and communications, including technical writing, instructional writing and copyediting
Work with business experts, absorb and comprehend a large volume of material
Quickly study complex or technical topics and be able to simplify those concepts into clear, precise writing
Facilitate and/or participate in functionally aligned meetings with business owners and stakeholders
Adhere to compliance and audit-driven requirements from a regulatory standpoint
Adhere to established knowledge management writing and Voice of Chase guidelines
Utilize internal readiness process as a basis for all project work
Required Skills, Qualification and Competencies:
7+ yrs of overall experience; at least 4 yrs of experience in Knowledge or Content Management domain
Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with multiple tasks and projects
Discipline to work independently and within a cooperative remote team environment
Aptitude to communicate effectively to and influence all levels within an organization
Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Microsoft SharePoint experience preferred
Prefer experience using Content Management Systems
Interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Superior verbal, writing and editing skills
Rapid self-learning ability
Organized with a strong attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Preferred Skills, Qualification and Competencies:
Requires either relevant Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, Journalism, etc. or equivalent related writing experience is a plus
At least 3 yrs of experience in either Content Writing (technical documentation) or Content Publishing
