Introduction: To work in a team environment for processing various transactions based on instructions within agreed timelines with accuracy to consistently provide a high level customer service What will you be doing? • Process transactions in accordance to approved process and procedures, international regulations and within pre-agreed service levels and with speed and accuracy • Adhere to quality control discipline, procedures and checks at all times. • Knowledge about SWIFTS, IBAN, MT103 and MT202 instructions. • Constantly work on the process improvement agenda and contribute with ideas as may be relevant to the betterment of the process • Adhere the currency cut offs What we’re looking for: • Graduate in any discipline. • Must have knowledge of different Schemes, Channels and policies • Knowledge of Swift messages, currencies / cut-offs etc. • Should have familiarity about EPA, Swift messages and applications used like, EPA, GPP US, GPP Europe, Swiftref, SOLD, Full serve. • Must have payment processing knowledge in different departments in GPP US. • Detailed knowledge about MT103 and MT202 instructions. • Cover matching knowledge is required for the role. • Ability to complete or advise on completion of high volume
