About the role:
An exciting opportunity for a proactive and innovative individual to facilitate the redesign of processes and systems that shape the day-to-day workflow and performance across the Planning and Development division.
The Process Analyst will work closely with key internal stakeholders to identify, review and document Councils key planning and development related processes. This position will lead and promote best practice business process and performance improvements.
Key Skills and Attributes
Advanced knowledge in business planning and process management, using recognised systems and methodologies.
Significant experience in reviewing, documenting and implementing innovative business process improvements.
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, including preparing reports and creating procedure documents.
Well-developed ability to design, schedule and deliver facilitated meetings and workshops.
Significant stakeholder engagement skills and experience.

Salary from $3,481.91 - $3,769.06 per fortnight + 11.5% superannuation
